392-394 Meeting Street has had many lives. This 10,000 square
feet building was constructed in the mid-1950's and was used by the local gas company. It has had many transitions since
then including as a storage facility and as a Caribbean restaurant. However in 2002, Lead Dog, LLC purchased this facility.
It was decided to place the property at the leading edge of job creation in Charleston. Working with the Charleston Digital
Corridor, the building was completely gutted and reworked to reflect the image of technology. With stained concrete flooring,
rounded walls, exposed spiral ductwork, glass conference rooms, and edgier lighting, this building feels as if it was designed
for the next generation of Charleston business.
