I am pleased to announce that there’s a new place
to work and do business in the lowcountry. The Lowcountry Innovation Center is our answer to the demand for a new type of
work environment - one that meets the needs of the “knowledge-based worker”. At the heart of this concept is the belief that
individuals will perform at a higher level if they’re provided with a quality work environment. Engineers, architects, life
scientists, information technologists and digital media experts are at the forefront of job creation in the United States,
yet current office environments have been designed for the needs of the last generation of jobs. We have attempted to create
a work community that places highly skilled individuals from different fields in an environment that fosters creativity.
The Lowcountry Innovation Center is a historic 40,000 square foot renovated structure located at the former Navy Yard in
North Charleston. Spaces are tailored to accommodate knowledge-based companies in a variety of offices. Available spaces
include offices of 800 square feet, 1060 square feet, 1600 square feet, 1860 square feet, 2200 square feet, 3200 square feet,
4800 square feet, and 8800 square feet. Please take a look at this new concept on our web-site at www.lowcountryinnovationcenter.com
or call and schedule a tour.
